RETURN POLICY
Our hand crafted candles are made to order. We do not keep an inventory, so it is made with love just for you, when you order. Due to that, we do not offer refunds.
ALL EXCHANGES are honored with a 10-Day Exchange Policy. The exchange goes into effect on the day the customer receives the package on the delivery date.
ALL EXCHANGES must be returned at the customer's expense; however, Towards the Light Candle Co will pay for the postage to be returned to the customer. Please contact towardsthelightcandleco@gmail.com regarding all exchanges and where to send the candles to.
Towards the Light Candle Co reserves the right to refuse any exchange of any item that does not meet our exchange policy standards.
